RFA walkthroughs

Read history and delivery evidence

Review who did what, add follow-up context, and find saved transmission evidence.

Captured September 18, 2026 · React 0.75.0 · Synthetic demonstration records

Before you start

  • Open an RFA with Review request and find Treatments and history.
  • Reading history requires RFA read access. Adding a note requires the corresponding write permission.

Numbered red outlines identify the controls used in each step. Select any screenshot to enlarge it.

1Review events and follow-up notes

In History and notes, read the dated events and recorded actors. Expand Event details where available. To add context, enter a Note (1) and select Save note (2).

This capture verifies history rendering and note controls; saving a note was not exercised in this run. View unmarked original

What you should see

Events identify their associated treatment when relevant. A saved note adds context to history; it does not change a treatment decision.

2Inspect delivery evidence

Open Delivery evidence. Review the recorded channel, status, time, recipient, and reference. When available, select Download transmission receipt (1).

The illustrated transmission and receipt are synthetic. Receipt downloading was not exercised. View unmarked original

What you should see

A saved transmission record and its receipt provide delivery evidence. The treatment’s decision remains a separate record: delivery alone does not establish authorization.
