Export RFAs as CSV

Export requested treatments and authorization outcomes, one row per treatment item.

Give staff a spreadsheet of the filtered request list. Uses the same filters as GET /rfas, without pagination.

Use this URL with a server API key or a browser session and its exact allowed Origin. Both credentials use the same request and response contract. See the component API inventory for exact paths and SDK methods.

UTC days since submission for unresolved sent or received RFAs.

Requests awaiting a decision by deadline.
