data.decisions[]Required

documentId, rfaId, filename, decidedAt, treatments, attached (already on the bill), and matchesBill (authorizes a billed procedure on a billed date).

data.linked[]Required

Each RFA linked to a service line, with the attachment state of its signed form and decision.
